Meet Rhi

Throughout my teens and early twenties, I struggled with anxiety and low self-esteem. Therapy helped me to understand myself and take back control of my life. So much so, I trained in counselling myself. I wanted to support others to break free from the patterns that had once held me back.

Since qualifying, I've worked in a range of therapy settings supporting both adults and teens. Here's the truth that I often come back to: you've probably experienced a whole lifetime worth of things that may be contributing to how you're feeling now. Societal expectations, academic and work pressure, social media comparison, childhood stuff. We're expected to navigate relationships, plan for the future, and make the "right" choices, all while figuring out who you even are or who you want to be.

Often, my clients have tried therapy before but didn't find what they needed. They learned strategies to manage symptoms but still felt stuck because they didn't have the space to explore where things actually started. They came away feeling like their struggles were something to fix rather than something to understand.
I believe therapy should get to the root of things. Not just helping you cope, but helping you truly understand yourself and make changes that last.

I fundamentally believe that you're not the problem. You're not broken. You're responding to real experiences and real challenges. My work is about truly understanding anxiety, exploring the bigger picture of why you might be struggling, and helping you to shed old narratives that were never yours to carry in the first place.




Together, we can untangle your feelings and get to know them, so that when they show up they no longer knock you sideways. Instead, you'll finally understand them in a way that lets you trust your gut and make the decisions that are best for you.

When I'm not in sessions, you'll usually find me at the beach or enjoying good coffee and a sweet treat. I also like to go to the theatre or live music shows. I used to be a theatre kid and still am at heart.

I truly believe that therapy can support you to understand yourself so that you can build a life that you can thrive in. I know it's not easy and these things take time but you absolutely don't have to do it alone. You too can break free from old patterns to make lasting changes and I can't wait to cheer you on.
